Impacts of Returning Straw and Nitrogen Application on the Nitrification and Mineralization of Nitrogen in Saline Soil

In order to discuss the problems of transformation soil nitrogen and leaching in saline farmland, this study carried out a split-plot experiment with returning straw various application rates. The main treatment was corn straw, at quantities 0.64 g (C1) 0 (C0), secondary fertilizer (urea) (N0), 0.015 (N1) 0.03 (N2). results showed that, firstly, extension incubation time, nitrification rate each decreased gradually until it stabilized without straw. For Days 0–7 incubation, mineralization rapidly, rates C0N0, C0N1 C0N2 by 86.91%, 89.26% 83.64%, respectively. C0N0 > C0N2, which 68.01%, 67.42% 60.52%, Secondly, under condition field, became stable time. C1N2 C1N1 C1N0 within 0–3 days 87.46%, 87.20% 81.83%, different treatments C1N1, C1N0, 66.62%, 62.54% 47.21%, Thirdly, during period, slowed down reduced no-nitrogen treatments, but enhanced high treatment. conclusion, reducing can retain more ammonium nitrogen, thus inhibiting environmental pollution risk nitrate losses, all are great significance for pollution.
